My son ate there yesterday (Friday) with his aunt. We don’t eat out so it had to have been the chipotle. He’s 3 and has never had such horrible diarrhea and vomiting before. So sad to see him suffering.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

大约 4 点我有一个 Frosty。否则我只能在家里吃别人也吃的食物而没有生病。凌晨 2 点，我因严重的胃痛醒来，呕吐了很多。整个晚上和第二天我都头疼得很厉害。今天我没事而且感觉很好。  | 症状: 呕吐, 头痛, 胃痛
