I went to Wendy's last night to get a 4 for 4. I went to sleep an hour after digesting. When I woke up in the morning I had diarrhea and I was vomiting. I read online that if it last more than two days, I should go to a hospital. I bought the food on October 13 2016 | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

yesterday i went to taco bell i got a burrito supreme & after i got to about half the burrito i pulled out a piece of lettuce from my mouth that was very very brown. when i looked inside my burrito all of the lettuce was brown. & yesterday and today I've spent ALL DAY on the toilet with diarrhea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
