周六晚上 2019 年 9 月 28 日。我有金枪鱼口袋的开胃菜，不用调味料的家庭沙拉，烤海豚，带黄油的烤马铃薯，盐，面包和自来水来喝。没有甜点。

第二个星期一早上，症状开始。胃痛、腹泻、身体疼痛、关节疼痛、骨头疼、极度头痛。幸运的是没发烧。今天是 10 月 4 日，我还有腹泻和胃坏。

我之前因鱼生病了，这些症状完全相同。
