昨天中午吃了卷饼。5 岁时我开始感到恶心。到 8 点我有可怕的胃痉挛然后持续腹泻。呕吐了几次。今天我很虚弱和不安。腹泻终于在今天早上 10 点完成了。Chipotle 是我昨天唯一的一顿饭。我确实向商店经理报告了。
