2017 年 7 月 15 日星期六，我和家人去了俄亥俄州辛辛那提的肯伍德购物中心。我的母亲和兄弟都从商场买了辣椒。但是我是唯一一个生病的人。我有一个素食卷饼，里面有糙米、黑豆、生菜、pico de gallo 和奶酪。第二天早上 6 点左右或第 7 小时清晨，我因胃部疼痛而醒来。我忽略了它，把它归咎于煤气疼痛，但是当我听见爸爸回到房间时，因为我们在祖母家共用一个房间，一旦我无法忽视痛苦，我就起身跑去洗手间。一旦进入排便，就会立即流鼻涕。几个小时后，我呕吐了很多，这非常痛苦。因为我在度假，所以那天我们打算去某个地方，所以我们在沃尔玛停下来给我买些恶心和胃痛药。我的胃整天都在疼，这让我感到恶心，并且排便很多。胃痛和腹泻持续了四天。所以从周日到周三我生病了

January 2nd, got back in town and weather was bad so met with friends at the tavern for rain beer specials. We all ate as well cause rain got worse, and 2 days later we all got severe food poisoning symptoms which lasted about 2 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

I had the vegetarian nachos with black beans, cheese emchilladas with a side of black beans and rice. Symptoms started in about 2 hours. The same with my husband. Everything resolved the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
