Ate chicken fingers, fries, and a milkshake on a Sunday night. The next day, had to go home early from work because my stomach was so unsettled. Took the entire next day off work and had diarrhea and fever. A friend of mine at a burger and had similar symptoms, but with vomiting as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I ate a carnitas bowl with meat, cheese, sour cream, and red hot sauce at 8:30pm. At 4 am I woke up extremely nauseous and the diarrhea started. It still has not subsided at 8:10am this morning.  | 症状: 腹泻

Ate a chicken burrito bowl with rice, black beans, mild and medium salsa, cheese and lettuce. Also had a side of chips and salsa. I ate the food around 7pm on Saturday and symptoms started at 10:30pm. I had a high temperature (101.2), nausea and diarrhea that lasted from 2am till 10pm Sunday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
