2017 年 5 月 4 日星期四，我在巴克海特的贝尼哈纳吃了午饭。我点了牛排和虾配炒饭。午餐很不错，直到那天晚上 6 点一切都很好。我的胃开始受伤得很厉害。我整晚都因严重的胃痛、呕吐、发烧等原因起床。我去了急诊室并被诊断出患有食物中毒。

About 2 hours after eating very sick for about 2 hours. After my system was empty I felt fine. I ate the same meal a week earlier with the reaction of diarrhea for a couple of hours. I'm going to avoid them from now on.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I ordered a rice bowl on Tuesday May 1, 2017 which included brown rice pick de gallo black beans grilled onions and bell peppers with green verde sauce and guacamole. Husband and father in law had two burgers and fried pickles and the next day both had vomiting and diarrhea. Father in law said that burgers came out very fast like they had been sitting out under a warmer and not freshly cooked  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate at Panera Bread at 1:30pm on April 28, 2017. I had you pick 2: clam chowder & ham on white with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion. I started feeling terrible about 5:00 and starting vomiting about 6:00. Vomited for several hours then felt better about 10pm.  | 症状: 呕吐

I had ate the big zax snack dipped in tongue torch and shortly after my stomach started to hurt a bit. then we drive home and when I get home after an hour I feel very sick and can't stand up straight. & had every symptom of food poisoning so I went to the ER.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
