Bought a frozen 3 pack pizza from Sam’s Club, it was the only thing I had eaten that night! Symptoms started in the middle of the night and then I started to vomit and had watery diarrhea the next morning!  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I ate my food at 3:45am this morning and I woke up throwing up and use the restroom on myself!!!! I haven't ate anything but a salad yesterday so I know it's white castles, and plus my daughter is also sick and she is one  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我昨天早上吃了早餐，整天都感觉很好。下午 4 点左右，我买了一块双软糖巧克力蛋糕，迟到了大约一个小时，我开始感到不适。我整晚都在起床，胃痛，恶心，呕吐和轻微的温度。一定是蛋糕。我还能感觉到一周。我在等经理玛丽给我回电话。

At about 10:45am on 12/19/2016 I ordered a beef chalupa supreme and 2 soft shell supreme tacos. About an hour later my stomach started to feel funny and I had the runs. Since then I'm still in the same state but now I have extreme nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
