I tried the Double Bacon Corndog at Iowa State Fair on Grand Ave. The hot dog inside was really dried out and the corndog breading was not good. I would not recommend this to anyone. I had terrible stomach pain from this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

We ate at the restaurant inside 27 degree bar. We had pork nachos. 20 hours later we were so sick we couldn’t leave the bathroom. It’s now a day later, and we are still sick. 5 of us ate while we waited for the concert, but only 4 of us ate the nachos. We haven’t been this sick in years.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

On June 14th, approximately 6pm, I purchased/consumed a JR Bacon Cheeseburger. I became nauseous and started vomiting approximately 5pm June 15th.
On June 23, approximately 3pm, I purchased/consumed a JR Bacon Cheeseburger and was awaken on June 24th approximately 7am with diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.

Ate around 8:30 PM on Friday, June 7th.
Had a side salad with ranch, fried pickles with ranch, and a BBQ Bacon cheese burger with all the fixings. Symptoms started around 11:30 pm.  | 症状: 呕吐
