Had 2 double cheese, with a medium chocolate milkshake, I felt fine after eating it, but later that night, i had the worst nausea of my life. Diarrhea followed, and I have been feeling the after effects for about 2 days now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

5 月 12 日星期六，我和我的朋友在阿兹台克吃过饭。我有奶酪牛排炸玉米饼，他们有 camarones azteca。我们唯一吃的是薯条、莎莎酱、豆类、大米和巨型玛格丽塔酒。我们以为玛格丽塔酒当时味道很有趣。第二天早上（星期日）我们俩都有胃痛，最终演变为两天的呕吐、无法控制的腹泻、出汗和胃痛。我的朋友来自外地，我只是在那个星期六晚上在阿兹台克见过他们，我们在完全相同的时间内生病，症状完全相同。

Ate around 5, started having symptoms at 10-10:30. Had a grilled burrito. Didn’t think it was food positioning, but this is my second time getting sick after having Taco John’s with the same symptoms. Had a grilled taco last time.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
