I typically don't eat lunch so this is all I had that day. A few hours after eating, I was deathly ill. It tasted great going down. I gave my daughter a couple of bites of my steak so I think it was the shrimp. Spent 24 hours in bed. Constant vomit and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Got an apple pecan chicken salad around 12 p.m, and have been running to the bathroom since 2p.m. I slept all day yesterday, and didn't eat. this was the only thing I've ate today so I know it has to be that.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

让我看看我饿了厌倦了吃花生酱和饼干，所以我在麦当劳停下来，花点零钱买了两个 mcdoubles 和一杯甜茶，现在已经过去了 3 天了，我自己抽了 3 次，没有停止腹泻我有可怕的腹部痉挛恶心和爆炸性气神就让它停下来
