我相信这可能是他们的鸡我的胃已经结了。每 15 分钟左右就会有非常尖锐的腹痛。非常痛苦。我今天下午 2 点左右拿到了，痛苦开始于下午 4 点左右
下午 4 点左右开始了痛苦  | 症状: 恶心, 胃痛

Tuesday Aug 21st 2018, my friend and I both ate the house salad and the Chicken noodle soup. Within 24 hours we were both sick. I was hospitalized from Thursday to Saturday. My friends stool sample came back positive for Campylobacter and E-coli. We are both being treated with meds.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
