我在 2022 年 11 月 11 日凌晨 5 点 30 分左右购买了金枪鱼三明治来打包工作午餐，中午 12 点吃了三明治和一瓶水，大约一个小时后我的胃开始感到恶心，大约 20 分钟后我开始呕吐呕吐持续一整晚发烧和腹泻，直到凌晨 3 点左右，这让我非常虚弱。
