I ate a crab pizza at lunch time on Friday, December 7th, 2018 and by 5:30pm diarrhea was knocking at my door. Standing made things worse, but to say it shortly. My weekend was ruined along with my sleep schedule.

6/4/18 订购的晚餐：草莓冰沙和玉米杂烩配面包。到晚上 11 点，疼痛的腹泻伴有发烧，出汗，呕吐，头晕，整夜抽筋，睡眠不多，在两者之间没有太多的睡眠者上厕所。终于醒来跑回厕所，还有更多的抽筋以为我会死于痛苦。迄今为止，整个体验都很糟糕，我将打电话给 Panera，让他们知道我还剩下多少有趣的晚餐!
