The Maryland Dept of Health is investigating a cluster of E. coli infections among 7 customers in MD. All reported eating Ready Pac Bistro Bowl Chicken Caesar Salad purchased from Sam’s Club locations in MD. There has been one hospitalization and no deaths associated with this case.… 更多

My friend and I both got sick after eating there. We both ate around 7-8pm on November 15th. I ordered the cheese steak. She ordered a salad. We both became ill around 2am on Sunday November 17th.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
