I order the breakfast sandwich to have on the flight and fished eating it right before take off. In and 30 minutes I was extremely uncomfortable. I tried to have ginger ale to settle my stomach however in Another15 minutes I was using the barf bag on the plan.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Ate my dip and when I got home my stomach killed I thought it was just because they put a bit to much so continued eating my salad and was sick for 4 days vomiting & in bathroom for hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

我在 2017 年 8 月 15 日下午 1 点左右吃了一个藜麦鸡肉沙拉碗作为午餐。一小时之内我经常去洗手间。下午 5 点左右我开始头疼并感到恶心，但没什么大不了的。然后我从 6:30-7:15 去了一个锻炼课，在那里我一直都在努力不呕吐或昏倒。假设是因为我身体不健康。然后晚上 8 点左右回家，不得不跑到洗手间，因为我觉得自己无法控制第二名。不久之后就开始猛烈地呕吐。第二天早上 6 点半，由于我每 20 分钟经常去洗手间，我还没有睡觉。

Got the egg and eggplant platter. Bad diarrhea an hour later bad stomach cramps. Was watching them prep food and those counters definitely do not look clean, rewiping with the same rag and bits just fall back in the containers where they store the food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋
