Wednesday 12/18/19 ate store-brand guacamole spread purchased. Symptoms started about 2 hours later; turned very nauseous, vomited violently for about 30 minutes, fell asleep and four hours later felt fine but tired.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Chicken bacon ranch with American cheese and onions I went to store alone.  Symptoms started within an hour of eating.  Can’t stand without the room spinning and that has been going on for almost 24 hours no with no relief.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头晕, 寒战

我在 2019 年 12 月 10 日星期一在那里吃过饭。在此之前我感觉很正常。
几个小时后，吃了他们 10 美分的翅膀后，我经历了胃痛和呕吐。我发烧了 101.5。我的几个朋友的肚子也很不高兴。吃了几个之后，我们注意到有些看起来好像清洁不当，上面还有鸡羽
