附加信息：那是在下午 2 点到下午 4 点之间的下午 2 点到下午 4 点之间。开车经过的那位女士对我奇怪地微笑着对我说了一个奇怪的评论，说我的订单既特别又健康。7月4日，在麦当劳开车经过时吃了炸薯条后，大约 5 小时后出现了严重的腹泻、恶心、呕吐胃痉挛。上厕所 5 个小时不停地腹泻、呕吐、抽筋太严重了，无法站起来。

I ordered a pepperoni pizza, nothing was wrong with it physically, but after 24 hours of eating the pizza I woke up with a large fever, was throwing up, lightheaded, and nausea. Three days later and I'm still feeling the symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
