I ate tilapia fish on 1/26/2019 at 5pm. I was there with my family and friends party of 8 total. I was the only one that I ordered Tilapia. I started Feeiling sick at 7:30pm
This was due to food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate at McDonald in Southgate on Fort & Goddard. I had ordered a double cheeseburger. A couple hours after I started feeling nauseous and was overheating. After getting home and laying in bed for a bit, I was vomiting.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2017 年 8 月 4 日早上吃了 2 份早餐卷饼，之后没有吃任何其他东西。晚上 8 点回家后不到一个小时，我开始感到剧烈的胃痛，在疼痛发作的一个小时内，我就出现了爆发性腹泻。当我说爆炸物时-我的意思是爆炸物。想想圣海伦斯山。
