My mom bought my son who is 2.5 a kid's meal from McDonald's around 1230/1pm. It was a 4 piece chicken nuggets, apple slices, fries and chocolate milk. Around midnight he started vomitting. A few hours later he vomitted again this time with diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

Had a cheesy potato griller, a triple melt burrito, and two crispy tacos. A few hours after it suddenly felt like a bomb went off in my stomach. Ate the food at April 23rd around 9:30pm, symptoms began at midnight of April 24th.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

头痛，tn9en 像胃灼热的腹泻一样烧胸部。
现在星期二 2a 还生病了。拿了 pepo bismol（sp？）还生病  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头痛

第二天早上我和我的未婚夫吃了 Chick-fil-A 后生病了。我们经常呕吐，头痛，胃痉挛和腹泻。她感觉好多了 36 几个小时后，我是个大得多的家伙，而我现在感觉差不多 49 小时后好一些。如果有更多食物中毒的报道，我只想帮助提高这种意识，并防止这种情况再次发生。
