我丈夫和女儿吃了 Pope Chicken 的家庭餐，2 小时后在那里呕吐和腹泻。
包括 BABY 在内的三口之家... 在几个小时内就得到了鸡肉和通心粉开始呕吐了几个小时。无法保持任何液体流失或睡觉。Had chills neasua  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

Beef bowl with guacamole and pico sauce on July 4, was sick for 3 days, finally went to the emergency room July 9. 3 people are sick, 2 people got sick. 1 ended up in the emergency room  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
