2017 年 9 月 8 日。他有一个带新鲜水果的西式煎饼和一个华夫饼。我没有这些条目。今天是 diarhera、抽筋和 nausa 的第四天  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋

My wife and I only share one meal a week, so when we both got sick we knew exactly what caused it.
We went on 04/07/2017 and shared an order of Mild Boneless Wings. I have been sick since 04/08, and she got sick on 04/09.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had been wanting to get some chicken from there so ordered their 5 pieces of chicken tenders with the green beans & a biscuit.This was on March 27th. I ate 3 of the 5 pieces around Noon and started feeling sick about 8 pm that night.… 更多

My husband had a chai tea latte (not Oprah) at about 4:00 PM and at about 7:00 PM he became violently ill (diarrhea, fever, vomiting). He and I shared all the same meals today, with the exception of his non-Oprah chai tea latte.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
