I had a chicken bowl from chipotle in Columbia Missouri. I ate it at night, then became sick through night, having to vomit with diarrhea 5-6 times while trying to sleep.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Went to chipotle on Saturday the 18th of March. I had a chicken burrito with everything on it except guacomole. I also had the orange pineapple drink. I started feeling ill Sunday and Monday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Didn't know about this website until now. This incident happened last week on 3/15. However, I had McDonal's today and at the same location and again I threw up. The only thing that was similar in the orders is they both had chicken.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
