好的，所以我去了麦当劳，我有一个双芝士汉堡和一个小薯条，我点了一面巨无霸酱。第二天后，我头疼得很严重，我非常头晕我无法走路，因为我会摔倒或跌倒。我也呕吐了 8 次。在 24 小时内我去了急诊室，医生们用食物中毒对我进行了恶化。我被放在床上休息了 4 天。所有这些都超过一杯 2 盎司的巨无霸酱。我永远不会吃麦当劳，我不能吃我想吃的东西，也不必担心这是真正的牛肉还是真正的鸡肉像来现在这样我对自己的服务感到厌恶。

I missed an entire day of work and also was unable to go to my second job as well I have had diarrhea today upset stomach puking I called KFC they said all they could do is give me another role for the raw roll that they gave me  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

On 12/29/2016, I ordered a bowl of chow mien and orange chicken at 3:30 before going into work..ate all the bowl at 9:45..vomiting started around 3 am the next morning on 12/30/2016.  | 症状: 呕吐

My daughter and I ate at around 1 today and we gave both been sick since around 3. My chicken strip tasted funny so my daughter tried them to see if it was just me.. this is horrible  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
