我们在晚上 11 点左右去了麦当劳，一两个小时后我开始胃痛，凌晨 4 点左右开始出现腹泻和恶心。我的男朋友直到早上 7 点左右才经历任何事情。他抱怨胃痛和恶心。我有一个双层奶酪汉堡和一个鸡块经典餐优惠（10 个掘金、蜂蜜芥末酱、不带冰的雪碧、小薯条和一个苹果派）。我的男朋友有巨无霸经典餐点优惠（除了掘金和酱汁之外也是如此，而是巨无霸）和我的一些鸡块。
