24 年 4 月 6 日下午 6 点至 7 点之间去了位于欧文顿里昂大道的肯德基。我应该从开车穿过的那个女孩的恶劣态度中知道我应该继续前进。我为我四岁的孙女订购了三块鸡肉条。她不想要它们所以我吃了其中的两个。第三口一口，我觉得这个味道很滑稽而且质地感觉很奇怪。凌晨 1 点左右我开始感到恶心。凌晨 4 点 30 分，我因胃痉挛醒来然后跑到洗手间。我先呕吐然后腹泻来了。回去睡觉了，两小时后才醒来。更多的呕吐和腹泻，但更糟。我服用了 Imodium。又发了一次腹泻消退了但恶心持续了一整天。

9 月 16 日星期五大约 7:45 我从那里订购了套餐。我得到了一个墨西哥披萨和 2 个硬壳 Taco Supremes。吃了 1 个 Taco 和大约 3/4 的墨西哥披萨 45 分钟后，我开始出现胃痉挛。极度痛苦。我马上去洗手间上厕所，因为我现在得了腹泻我也开始呕吐了。从那以后一直很恶心，有腹泻，已经超过24小时了。
