3 月 27 日星期二在午餐时吃了 Baja 虾沙拉。27 日晚些时候胃部不适变成呕吐，一直持续到 28 日上午。28 日的大部分时间里发烧和恶心。29 日感觉好多了，在普林斯顿同一地点吃了另一种 Chopt 沙拉（Chicken Tinga）作为午餐。晚上胃开始抽筋，持续了一夜。30 日早上严重腹泻。

如果气泡从结肠里冒出来然后从我的肚子里冒出来，强烈的疼痛以为是疝气。赶到医院... 花了两天时间用了一吨抗生素和液体原来是由食物污染引起的病毒.. chipotle 鸡肉沙拉碗是我最后一次吃的，很快就变得生气和胃灼热。

I have a stomach problem in general, and it seems that every time I eat at Panera it makes my stomach issues flare up, but this time, I was craving their mac and cheese, and within 20 minutes of eating, was rushing to the bathroom.
