在 15 分钟内吃了烤牛肉 n 切达干酪出现腹部绞痛，然后是两天的胃痛和气体 3 天后会出现剧烈的腹泻，在进食后 15 分钟内，缩小到烤牛肉，因为我们 3 个人在那里吃了，我是唯一一个得到烤牛肉的人，我是唯一一个生病的人

I went to the drags and after we stopped at McDonald’s I ate a quarter pounder and some fries then headed home just a little while after on our way home my stomach felt a little off and by time I got home I had to rush to the bathroom in pain and sweats and had awful diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Got the Burbon bacon and Brisket sandwich with curly fries and cheese.
Date of meal 5/6/2016 around 5 or 6 PM Was sick with diarrhea and vomiting All night. I assume it was the sandwich since my mother got a different sandwich also with curly fries and cheese and she was fine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
