I ate around 615pm on 10182018. I order the hibachi chicken plate. It comes with vegetables noodles and rice. It also comes with soup and salad with ranch dressing and I had a water with lemon. when I got home around 715pm I had severe abdominal cramping… 更多

我们从爸爸约翰斯那里订购了两个披萨，吃了大约 7-8ish。我妈妈感觉到症状希望有一个小时。我爸在午夜之前感觉到了它们，我早上 7 点左右就收到了它们。我弟弟目前没有任何症状。我们出现的一些症状包括腹泻、恶心、偏头痛/头痛、抽筋等。注意安全。

I went in for their Monday night 6.99 burrito special. I had nothing all day but copy my friend ordered the same exact dinner however I had the mushrooms and I was violently vomiting soon after  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My 19-year-old son and I both vomited violently while still at the restaurant after finishing our dinners. That was the only common food we'd eaten in a few days and we were both feeling fine before going to the restaurant.  | 症状: 呕吐
