I got food poisoning from eating shredded chicken quesadilla. Diarrhea every 30 minutes, severe dehydration, vomit, severe abdominal pains. Cannot eat or drink for 3 days now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 脱水, 胃痛

I’m not sure, the food that we got wasn’t cooked all the way and the food just looked a day old and it was horrible. The bread that we got wasn’t cooked all the way.  2 of us got sick and as soon as I started eating… 更多

Papa John’s pizza, Charlotte, NC, USA

I order their pizza from two different location in Charlotte, NC. I woke up ill with Cold sweats, diarrhea both nights I ate the pizza and vomiting one of those nights. Both incidents happened about 2 months apart. I won’t eat their Pizza any longer. It was terribly  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗
