Got a number one combo on Sunday night around 4 o'clock in the evening. Started feeling nauseous around 8 or 9. Threw up once at midnight, again around four in the morning, have been sick with vomiting, diarrhea, and fever for four days now. Finally starting to feel better today.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧

I ate last night around 10:00 pm and woke up this morning feeling fine until I got out of the shower and then I started getting nauseous. Fast forward to 10:30am I'm at work gagging and puking and feeling horrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
