Around 9 pm tonight, I had two original chicken sandwiches, both with no pickles. Honey mustard for both, accompanied with fries which I had very few of and a fountain Coke. Less than one hour later, I had profuse diarrhea and vomiting along with the chills and a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

My 3 year old started vomiting about an hour after eating a McNugget kids meal with fries, apple slices and milk. Apples and milk were both within a day of expiration date. He has vomited 4 times within the last hour. No other symptoms so far. May need to see a doctor if vomiting continues.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

My girlfriend and I both became extremely ill after eating Arby's. She ate a chicken fajita flatbread and I ate chicken sliders. This is about the 4th time in 20yrs I have felt Arby's to be the culprit. I swore them off several times. We both spent the evening puking with diarrhea. I had Chipotle yesterday 12/19/16 and I ate a chicken burriot with white rice, black beans, mild and corn salsa, cheese, and sour cream.
