Ate the prime rib and salad around 6pm, around 9 pm had projectile vomiting and diarrhea. At 1 am went to the emergency room and returned the same day at 4 pm. Just miserable. Two hospital Bill's for this meal.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I’m pretty sure it was broccoli. Symptoms started 8 hours after washing and eating. Violent diarrhea and vomiting for 8 hours. Felt a fever, but did not take. Must have been staph?, Just me. I’m the only one that ate it. 8 hours onset  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 腹泻

我女儿在 8:00 左右吃了一块牛排卷饼，里面有白米饭、pinto 豆、奶酪和 quac。大约 2 小时后，她病得极度严重（呕吐、抽筋、出汗）。打电话报告，他们说他们今天没有其他投诉。  | 症状: 呕吐, 抽筋, 出汗

My wife ate 2 hotdogs at the Loyd Noble Arena on Friday 15 March 2019 at the women's gymnastic meet. I did not consume any food there. 18-20 hours later my wife started having symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting which lasted about 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Had shredded chicken and 7-layer Burritos, Ate at around 8:30 PM. Woke up just before midnight with heavy nausea, diarrhea, fever, and abdominal pain. Proceeded to vomiting and continued bouts of diarrhea .  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
