I had a Vito for lunch yesterday it tasted off but it's been awhile since I've eaten there I only ate half. 3 hours later I was throwing up diarrhea body aches horrible abdominal pain.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

3/21 我在早上 6:30 吃了麦当劳蛋麦克松饼和小哈希布朗，到 9 点我开始出现恶心和胃痛，1 点开始呕吐。呕吐一直持续到晚上 9 点。抗恶心药在晚上有所帮助。整晚都有腹泻。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛
