My family and I had the bacon burger, criss cut frys, and burritos. We all became violently ill with diarrhea and vomiting a day later, which has lasted for going on 5 days now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Only one food item was eaten today. (Burrito) 4-6 hours later i was vomiting rancid burrito leftovers. All day my stomach was in pain and i couldn't get out of bed. Never eating McDonald's again.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我有橙鸡和烤红烧鸡。我昨天吃了，当我开车回家的时候，我开始感到不适。我的胃受伤了我有腹泻。然后我第二天早上去睡觉。我的胃受伤超级糟糕。我开始出汗然后感到轻松。然后我睡了一会是因为我累了。当我醒来的时候我就扔了但仍然感到不适。也非常脱水。

I had a bacon egg and cheese croissant with hash brown after work late last night. I went home and fell asleep and woke up two hours later to severe vomiting a diarrhea. I endured that for eight or so hours, and still currently feel unwell.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
