My family and I had the bacon burger, criss cut frys, and burritos. We all became violently ill with diarrhea and vomiting a day later, which has lasted for going on 5 days now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Only one food item was eaten today. (Burrito) 4-6 hours later i was vomiting rancid burrito leftovers. All day my stomach was in pain and i couldn't get out of bed. Never eating McDonald's again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had a bacon egg and cheese croissant with hash brown after work late last night. I went home and fell asleep and woke up two hours later to severe vomiting a diarrhea. I endured that for eight or so hours, and still currently feel unwell.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
