我在 2016 年 5 月 8 日中午左右在 chipotle 吃过饭。我有一个鸡肉卷饼，里面有豆子、奶酪、米饭和辣酱。那天晚上 8 点左右，我有胃痉挛腹胀和呕吐的冲动。我希望我没有阻止自己呕吐。后来我头痛身体疼痛发烧和发冷。极端抽筋持续了 36 个小时。在 60 小时左右，我有可怕的气体和 diahareaha。再也不会有辣椒了。不知道为什么我觉得有必要再给他们一次机会。

我认为有人在破坏这家公司。我猜是有人付钱给员工毒害食物。这里的报告太多与我的经验完全吻合。

Last night when I went to Chick-Fil-A I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget meal with a large lemonade. About 3 hours after eating it, I started feeling nauseous and I had diarrhea. Its still going on this morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate the shrimp and chicken fettuccine at the cheesecake factory around 7:30 pm on saturday 4/30/16. About 9 pm i began to go to the bathroom with diareah symptoms all nite. It's Sunday morning and I'm still running to the bathoom.  | 症状: 腹泻
