头晕目眩，感觉好像发烧了，但仍然对家人负有义务并开车去上班。因为我在车内呕吐而不能（不应该）阻止它，所以不得不停进一个空的停车场。当他们被打电话时，员工说他们的经理正在接受培训，没有人可以和他说话。

Ate a chicken Quesadilla around 8-8:30pm April 24th, 2018. Woke up around 2:30 am April 25th, 2018 with diarrhea and a couple minutes later, I threw up. I haven’t thrown up since but the diarrhea is non stop and watery  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

吃鳗鱼寿司不到一个小时，我开始觉得自己吃得太多了。但是，再过了三四个小时，“饱满” 的感觉变成了剧烈的胃痛、恶心和身体疼痛。在那里吃了大约五个小时后，我吐了... 很多。我不想太生动，但是鳗鱼还是完整的，完全没有消化。再过了四个小时，我又吐了起来。

My boyfriend and I went to taco bell for breakfast and we both had the sausage stacker. About an hour after leaving is when my symptoms started and his started about two hours after leaving. His symptoms stopped that night, but mine kept going until the end of the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
