上周买了一盒家庭大小的 Cheerios Oat Crunch Almond。星期一，我吃了一碗普通牛奶（新鲜牛奶，刚刚购买）。大约两个小时后，全天出现严重的胃痉挛、头晕、恶心、腹泻。我不经常吃麦片是因为糖含量很高，所以我已经有好几天没吃麦片了。直到今天。不到一个小时左右，腹泻、恶心和头晕又回来了。今天是 2022 年 9 月 23 日。

Ate a chicken taco salad on the evening of March 30, 3018. Everything tasted fine but was sick 5 hours later. Had not eaten anything else. No fever, just vomiting and diarrhea, which lasted a few hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
