Had 4 mcdoubles around 7 pm on 10/24 could only eat two within a couple hours I had moderate food poisoning not the worst case I had but still a day after still suffering will more then likely go to E. R. In the morning after work  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

原来的订单错了。那是 2 个带奶酪的脆皮鸡肉三明治和牧场。我进去是为了更正订单。经理笑了起来，翻了个白眼。我收到了新的三明治，然后走了。吃完它们几个小时后，我开始呕吐，感到头晕和出汗。我已经怀孕 34 周了，所以感到不适是我习惯的事情，但是，情况要糟糕得多。我今天要联系总经理和公司，去看医生！
