Had a double cheeseburger with mayo on bread or other toppings, also fries nothing to drink. About two hours later stomach bug hit hard, also Head pounding. Low grade fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

I went to Chili's in Cleveland,Tn on Monday..it is now almost Friday! Explosive D ever since !! Coincidentally, I had the Quesadilla Explosion salad!! ALSO coincidentally, I had an issue with the server. I was not rude,just stressed we waited a long time to be greeted !!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧
