He got a chocolate malt from Brusters yesterday afternoon. You never felt right afterwards then began vomiting every half hour 9 hours later, He was the only one that had milkshake. Vomiting & diarrhea began 9 hrs later  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻

我在去商务会议的路上停在那里。有人告诉我这是由新的管理人员管理的。食物很冷，味道很有趣。三个小时后在那里吃完饭后我在 ER 里胃痛很严重。他们抽了我的肚子说我差点死于食物中毒。我在医院呆了两天。那天我唯一吃过的地方是哈罗路咖啡厅。

This is the second time this happened the first the entire house hold got diarea and was getting sick. we got the pizza from the store. we got a clasic peperoni 5$ pizza around 5 oclock and two houwers later our 5 year old was throwing up and had a low grade fever for the next 48 howers .,  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧

I went up to the place across from quiznos and purchased a very suspicous looking hotdog with cheese on it by an older lady. She put way too much cheese on it. When I bit into it, it was nearly warm and it still looked pink inside. I couldn't keep eating, The symptoms started after 30 hours  | 症状: 呕吐
