你好-我的未婚夫昨晚晚上 9 点之前（18 月 12 日）拿起了两个小鸡-fil-A 面包屑的鸡肉三明治，大约凌晨 2 点左右，我开始感到恶心发冷。这种情况升级了，今天（18 年 12 月 19 日）的寒战恶化了 10 倍，我因吃这个三明治（多次）而剧烈呕吐，我几乎无法走路，这次事件使我非常虚弱，我的身体疼痛也不舒服。
我特别担心，因为我患有自身免疫性疾病，溃疡性结肠炎，它可能导致如此严重的并发症（无），但尤其是食源性疾病。我不希望这种情况发生在其他任何人身上。
我的未婚夫从他的三明治中胃部不舒服，但还不如我自己那么糟糕。
我以前从未经历过如此可怕的食物中毒案例。

在 2018 年 9 月 12 日星期日下午，我买了四分之一磅的奶酪、小薯条和雪碧（我保留了收据）。我吃了食物，但只喝了 3 小口饮料，因为我不喜欢这种味道（我通常不喝苏打水）。进食大约 30 分钟后，我出现了严重的胃痉挛、头痛、恶心，最初感觉很热-然后是极度寒战。在接下来的 14 个小时中，我每小时至少花 15 分钟在浴室里腹泻。在那段时间里我呕吐过一次，也经常吹干。在接下来的两天里，我仍然头痛，严重的胃痉挛和现在流血的黏糊糊的腹泻，但至少不那么频繁。我可以在两次洗手间之间持续大约 2 个小时。我星期一唯一吃的东西是 1/2 杯白米饭（我的身体拒绝了）和佳得乐。星期二我吃了 1/4 杯米饭和一些咸饼干。我大部分时间都把它们压下来。由于食物中毒我错过了 1.5 天的工作时间！这比我去年得的流感还糟糕。
