Had a burrito bowl with brown rice, fajita vegetables, black beans, tomato salsa, guacamole. This was around 1:30 p.m. yesterday. I started feeling ill about an hour afterwards and I started vomiting about 5 hours after. I had some diarrhea today in the morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2019 年 1 月 14 日，我和我的两个旅行伙伴在搭乘 AA21 航班从伦敦希思罗机场飞往达拉斯的航班上同时开始感到不适。它在吃完小吃之后就击中了我们，距离着陆大约 90 分钟。我们都坐在飞机的不同区域，直到我们中的一个人说他们感觉不舒服，而另外两个人的症状相同时，才意识到彼此的病情。
在 DFW B 航站楼的 Admirals Lounge 时，我们所有人都因严重的寒战、肌肉疼痛、腹泻、口干和呕吐而生了暴力病。我们在飞机上吃的东西的唯一共同点是冰和水，就像我在商务舱上一样，另外两个在教练里。这可能发生在英国航空从德里飞往伦敦的航班上，因为我们三个人也在 1 月 14 日那架航班（6662）上吃了 “鸡蛋”。尽管如此，我们三个人同时遇到相同的问题指向食物中毒而不是胃流感。
