星期一（5/27）吃了鸡肉招标书、薯条、肉汁和卷。一条鸡带有黑色的静脉，我以为是黑肉。我在一个小时内感到腹痛，饭后 8 小时内出现了发烧、头晕、腹泻和全身疼痛。饭前 16 小时我没有任何食物，直到饭后 23-24 小时我才能吃东西。症状持续到第二天，并在食用食物后 48 小时内消失。

I ate at 7:30pm (dinner) at this restaurant. I ate the Chicken Teriyaki off the DINNER menu. Throughout the meal I was getting cramps. Then shortly after, I started to feel faint and went to the sketchy bathroom in the back of the restaurant, where I got sick.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
