1 月 29 日下午 2 点吃了一些鸡肉加米饭和豆类，五点钟时我很困，睡了一个小时，之后我开始感到恶心，想在晚上 8 点早睡觉，因为发烧和恶心，但幸运的是第二天我没事。我上床睡觉前服用了泰诺，因为头痛很激烈。

I had a salad (my usual) with brown rice, veggies, sofritas, salsa, corn, and guacamole around 4:30pm. Now, at 8:30pm, both my friend and I that ate at Chipotle have vomited twice and feel nauseous. VERY disappointing.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
