我在凌晨 1 点左右去了 whataburger。我第二天下午 4 点 55 分写这份报告，这是我最后一顿饭。因为呕吐我没什么可吃的。半夜我一直醒来，腹部区域剧烈疼痛，感觉恶心。为了防止感觉恶心，我整夜都在睡觉。我在下午 2 点呕吐，我的身体排出的东西是看起来像鸡肉和棕色的碎片。我有烧烤鸡肉条三明治。我打电话到餐厅和总经理谈过。他说要去商店投诉，但除此之外没什么可做的。我很担心，想去看医生。恶心和呕吐使我无法进食，也无法四处走动或照顾我的孩子。
