Food at Cafe Rio, I ate the shredded beed tostada about 1:30 yesterday. My symptoms started around 5. Got very nauseated, began vomiting and had diarrhea all night. It was the only thing i ate yesterday  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

This last Spring my family and I were coming back from a trip to Zion Canyon. On the way home my kids got Nachos. A couple hours after we got home they were both vomiting it was awful! I know it was food poisoning because that was the only thing both of them ate.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

June 27th, got the spicy chicken, my mom got the teriyaki chicken. I was unable to sleep, constant vomiting and diarrhea all night, passed out on the bathroom floor sweating buckets, and has severe abdominal pain that lasted 24 hours.
