8 月 27 日晚上 7 点订购，凌晨 2 点因呕吐和腹泻而醒来，不得不待在家里下班，仍然感到肌肉虚弱和疼痛，并持续存在腹泻。到目前为止还没看过医生...  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 弱点, 肌肉疼痛

我和我女儿在 2100 年南方的 IHOP 吃饭。我点了减肥百事可乐，还有火鸡晚餐和鸡肉面条汤。当我到达用餐时我感觉还不错。食物味道还可以，但是在鸡汤的一部分时间里，我食欲不振。我把大部分的火鸡晚餐都带回家了，但还没吃过。我开始感到恶心并开始呕吐，我已经呕吐了大约六次，由于胃痛和头痛而无法入睡。

I ate one barbacoa taco last night and an hour later I was throwing up every 15 minutes for the next 5 hours until I finally went to the emergency room. The worst food poisoning I've ever experienced I literally thought I was dying  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

17 july 2017 around 8pm I had Clam Chowder, tomatoes and Pita Chips at this location (no food 7 hours prior).
2 hours later I became very sick. I reported this to the Airport (who reported it to Sky Club) and Delta. Haven't heard from them!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
