I ate at about 2:30. I've had diarrhea every 30 minutes. I had the chiken fries and the chicken nuggets. I also drank a coke ice. My stomach hurts. I can't leave home because I need to poop every​ 30 minutes.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

2017 年 7 月 27 日，我吃了 Chipotle 的肉饼沙拉。它上面有生菜、黑豆、肉饼和大米，上面有橙色调味料。那天晚上我开始出现可怕的胃痉挛，之后极度恶心不想吃任何东西。第二天我整天发烧和发冷，腹泻很糟糕。
它已经送到我们的工作场所了，我不是唯一一个生病的人。

7月21日拿到了牧场鸡肉培根cobb沙拉，没吃鸡蛋。当我看着鸡块的时候我很担心但是饿了然后吃了。大约 4 小时后，我死于胃痛，没有什么比分娩更糟糕的笑话了。我以为我只是有乳糖问题，我往往会有乳糖问题。但是 4 天后我在这里吃完所有东西之后还有 diahrea。我会去看医生，但我现在不在州，不想支付 $$$。
